Today we watched Martin Luther King Jr.'s I have a dream speech. It is so important that we learn from the history of the country we live in. Today our students started thinking about the dreams they have for the world. Below you will see comments posted by our students.

Things I want in this world

I have a dream that all schools would be bully free. Another dream that I have is that buses would not have assigned seats. Another dream that I have is that kids 8 and up were aloud to get a job. The last dream that I have is that all teachers are as fun as Mrs. VanHorn.

ReplyDeleteMy dream is to have a safe school bus ride home and to school. There is a lot of fighting in our world so i have a dream of no fighting. I have a dream that people around the world can get things without people telling them NO! A lot of people do not have good homes and food so i would like for people to have a good home and good food. Those are some of my dreams.

I want everyone to go to school and not worry about being teased are even pushed its rude and I don't want america to be rude.

He tried to stop Negroes from being slaves.
